Great service! Did an amazing job helping me work out what was wrong with my car!
Had oil change and front end alignment on 2000 BMW Z3. They didn’t put a sticker on windshield as a reminder of next service. Couldn’t re-set the SRS ( seat belt restraint) light because no one knew how. Basically they implied the car was too old for most of the techs to be able to diagnose any problems
A Friendly team, very efficient service, excellent communication, relaxing atmosphere, and a greatly appreciated loaner vehicle!

Excellent service had an early morning appt. Dropped car at 7:30 and received a video message that the service was complete and a full video of the inspection done on my car and received a notice that it was completed and no further service was required at this time!! All done in less than two hours!!!
The process was extremely efficient and uncomplicated. Special recognition should go to Eric, who helped me select my vehicle and explain all of the features and benefits. And he has remained a resource even after the sale.

The whole process of purchasing a BMW IX 60 was very straightforward. I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted. So working with Chris D. Was easy for both of us. I give Chris D. Very disappointed in the work they did, the lack of service is far as returning calls and being on time and having a car done when they say it’s gonna be done, what was a two day job ended up on being two weeks, the car left there not fixed on all the things I asked him to fix. I would write them a D if they were in school and that would be a very liberal grade, their service representative never returned calls. Bailee Durant is always professional, personable, and efficient. My two chauffeurs, Nondo and Grant, were also very professional and pleasant. The waiting area is comfortable. It is very easy to complete work in such a warm environment. The service providers seem to be knowledgeable and skilled.

Providing helpful service seems to be a top priority at BMW of Tulsa. My service advisor Clayton handled the diagnostics and service of my vehicle with excellent care and concern.
Easy to schedule appointment. Advisor was ready for me when I got there. Work was performed on a timely basis and was ready when promised. I received updates by text as work was accomplished. Liked receiving the video of status check on items not requiring service at this time.
Unorganized, unprepared, terrible customer service. Called the general manager and left a voicemail. No reply
We had a great experience. Our salesperson was only interested in getting us into the vehicle that "felt right" for us. We really appreciated all of the effort. We also were purchasing our vehicle late evening and they stayed well after hours to make sure that we were all taken care of. We are very happy with the customer service that was provided.

My experience at BMW of Tulsa was excellent. My service manager clearly went over the services my vehicle needed without making me feel pressured to do a bunch of extra services. He also informed me of a great service offer that my car qualified for that was a great deal. Overall, high quality service and I would recommend them to other BMW owners!
I have purchased 10 cars from this dealer and Tom Escue. They give good service and I like the fact that BMW gives a military discount to veterans
I recently took my car to the dealership for service, and overall, it was a positive experience. The staff was professional and attentive from the moment I arrived. They clearly explained the issues with my vehicle and provided a detailed breakdown of the recommended service and costs, which I really appreciated.

I stopped by BMW of Tulsa’s parts department today to clarify some conflicting part numbers while helping my son source cooling system components for his BMW.
I initially walked into the service area by mistake. A young lady there handled the situation exactly how customer service should be done — she listened carefully, understood the issue immediately, personally walked me to the parts department, and rang the bell to let them know someone was waiting. Professional. Attentive. Polished.
Service department: 10 out of 10. Truly excellent.

My service person was very knowledgeable and friendly. He kept me up to date on my service and diagnosis that needed to be done
Frustratingly slow communications with the dealership on a tire repair. Would repeatedly have to wait an hour or longer for a single reply in our text chat even when I would immediately respond to what they had said. For something that could have been handled in 30-90 minutes, we ended up spending over 8 hours. On top of that, the attitude of the men at the service desk was below standard with little to no ambition towards a pleasant experience or help troubleshooting. Instead, we got a lot of finger pointing, staffing complaints, and other excuses.

Service was very timely and efficient. The service representative was very pleasant and listened to my concerns .
They are slow and expensive. (I know bmws are the most expensive cars to service which is why I won’t buy one again.). The dealership used to do a quick cleanup in the vehicle with vacuuming and dusting along with a quick wash, which was a nice touch. They don’t do that anymore. For the amount of money it costs to service the vehicle, a wash would be appreciated.
Very kind, resourceful and flexible! Had to change my appointment a couple of different times and try ey accommodated me each time.

My experience buying a BMW was much easier than any vehicle I have ever bought. Our salesperson, Marco, was outstanding. He knew his products and maintained a very professional image. The big surprise was how quick and easy the finance portion was handled. Less than 10 minutes and we were done and out the door. The best way to describe the BMW experience is OUTSTANDING.

My service advisor, Bailey, was very helpful. After the diagnostic identified the issue, the mechanic completed the repair in a day. There was one negative. My vehicle has held on-site for over a week waiting for the diagnostic. Would recommend the dealership increase staff or facilities to accommodate new work in a more timely manner.
I had an issue with my battery in my X5 and had it towed to their shop without an appointment. They were very friendly and professional and were able to work me in to get my vehicle back on the road. My warranty allows me to take my car anywhere, but I chose their service shop and would definitely chose it again.
There was a recall for the brakes. It took longer than what. I was initially told which I was not prepared for.
I really appreciate the dealership getting me in and out same day! Loaner if needed!
I called to schedule recall work done, took a day off work to come, the was told they couldn’t do it, blamed the call center. Also waited 45 mins to be shuttled

The tech/service manager I worked with was very kind, but my vehicle was there for over 5 hours when all I needed was an oil change, which I had a scheduled appointment for (but of course you guys had to up-sell me for on an alignment). I was promised my car would be done and delivered by 1:00, but it was 2:40 before I received it and I had to pick up preschoolers at 2:45. Needless to say it was as an unnecessarily stressful afternoon wondering if I’d have a vehicle to pick up children when I had zero back up options.

My experience with this dealership has been extremely frustrating. While the car buying process was initially quick, the post-purchase follow-up has been a nightmare.Three months later, I still haven't received the car title. Attempts to get answers from "Todd Montgomery" were met with unreturned calls, and if picked will forward me to "Marco" sales guy and he offered the same response every time when returning calls. BMW of Tulsa has always given me good service. Brice Goetz is my representative. He is calm, informative, and polite. A very nice young man to deal with.
The customer service was poor. There was no point in taking the time to make an appointment, my car was not checked in until lunch time after I called to ask why there were no updates. Poor workmanship. Not the experience you would expect from BMW.
Great experience bought a pre owned Q60, next it’ll be a BMW. Awesome Team!

Had a scheduled oil change (only) They told me it would be a two hour wait. (What!?) it has been 3 hours and still waiting, so I go to the desk and ask he says about 20 more minutes. He also told me it would speed things up if I didn’t want the wash, because it’s a hand wash. 🤷🏻♂️ Yes I want the wash if it comes with it, and let me know if you are running behind, so I can reschedule an appointment I had at noon across town. That affects others and their schedules.
This is my preferred car service center for oil changes and any other maintenance issues to keep my car running in top condition. The service people do a great job of explaining what needs to be done and they work very hard to stay on schedule and get me in and out as soon as possible. I really appreciate that.

My 2014 BMW 535 malfunctioned on a trip from Dallas Tx. Back to ToledoOh. I was able to get it to BMW OF TULSA. Met with Brent Padgett in service. Although I had to leave the car and fly back to Toledo,I returned at later date and car was Ready to go. Great job Brent and service team!
I scheduled a service for an oil change and 50k mile maintenance. Everything was done well and finished within the timeframe quoted at the beginning of my appointment. The shuttle took me to work and picked me up. Definitely an improvement from our previous experience with BMW 6 years ago. Thank you!
I’m on my 6th consecutive BMW from BMW of Tulsa. Tommy Escue is my go to when purchasing my car. The service has always been excellent.
I appreciated that even though they were swamped when I arrived, I was still greeted and given a loaner within 10-15 minutes of arrival. I appreciated the communication from my service technician Miguel during the service appointment to let me know what had transpired and he let me know when my car was finished so I could come and pick it up. Overall great service and everyone was very helpful.
Our first BMW. We had an Audi before this. Ordered winter tires as the X5 we purchased a few months ago came with summer tires. No loaner vehicles available so we had to do drop off. When we came to pick up the car the tires and wheels were covered in some sort of white paste. We had to ask them to clean that up before we took it.
