I have used BMW of Tulsa a few different times for service on my vehicle, but this last was what really showed their character to me. They are trustworthy and they do the right thing. Jack is by far the best service associate you could ever ask for. If you get paired with him you are in good hands.

Eric and the other members were absolutely fantastic! I bought this vehicle without seeing the vehicle in person. Eric did a wonderful walkthrough on FaceTime in 100 degree temperatures! He tried to find any flaws, just so I would be satisfied upon arrival!

I was traveling when my maintenance light came on. The Tulsa BMW dealership was the closest option. They were amazing! Fast, friendly, and got me back on the road.
I have good and bad experiences at this dealership and in the service department. We met a Service Advisor named Jack and he completely changed my mind on this Service department. Jack always goes the extra mile to make your experience worth the effort and cost. I give Jack five stars.
They did a great job with installation of an aftermarket hitch for my X4 which is not an option for my M40i configuration. Brice was very helpful getting me the install quote and job was completed without a hitch, no pun intended.
I brought it in for an oil change and alignment but instead the whole front suspension was replaced under warranty for an issue on it! I appreciate them looking out for that! I had no idea, very appreciated

Brice stayed connected with me with updates on my vehicle. He also was very professional with explanations on the problem and fix.
I had previously researched the vehicle on the web, and Fatih did a great job finding a car with exactly the features I wanted. He also spent extra time showing me how to use various features. Financing was easy, too, with no hard-sell on items I neither wanted nor needed, plus they gave me a good overall price. And the car! It's awesome!

I have been getting my bmw x5 serviced here for many years mostly because of Eduardo! He’s professional and friendly. He goes out of his way to accommodate my schedule. For example this time when I needed to drop off my car and get a loaner, it was raining and the traffic was terrible and I wasn’t going to make it in time for the loaner desk to be open. I was shopping for a BMW 2025 iX in a specific color combo. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted and directed to one of the advisors. Mr. Eduardo Bendeck was very attentive to my vehicle concerns and thoroughly explained the service process to then proceed with recommendations. I appreciate that he was very upfront with estimates and educated me in preventive actions to ensure my tires last a bit longer. This type of service and care is one of a kind, one of many reasons I keep coming back again and again.
if you're thinking about your next vehicle look no further than advantage BMW, weather you want new are use, there service is next to none they treat you like family. when your car is in for servicing they video your car looking not only for why you brought it in, but the look at what might go wrong in the future and allow owners to decide if they want to repair those issues are wait. conclusion yes they are more expensive but would you rather have a cook working on your car are a real mechanic.
Brice is definitely my go to person at the BMW service center. He is always very helpful and does everything possible to make the service experience positive! So thankful for his help!

I’ve been having my car serviced here for 5 + years, they always exceed expectations.
I was visiting family in the Tulsa area when my BMW gave an engine over temp warning. Had my car towed and subsequently left town while the work was accomplished. The service manager, Jonathan, kept me informed about the car and explained the fix. Very inconvenient situation but went smoothly because the Team at Tulsa BMW is professional and trustworthy.

it was very nice to visit today to get my oil change. They made me feel so welcome even though there’s construction going I thought it was very easy to navigate. They still have the waiting room set up. I really like the fact that there is a charger for my phone and I only waited an hour and they did a nice car wash for my car, thank you BMW of Tulsa
