I interacted with this BMW dealership as a result of two open recalls on my X3. This recall situation had gone on for almost three years due the unavailability of the particular parts to repair and comply with the NHTSA recall order. This dealership worked as quickly and efficiently under the circumstances involving my specific parts and repair. It took a protracted time period to complete the work, but it was done in a courteous and professional manner. The whole service team at BMW is top notch. I have owned a lot of cars and always try to use the dealerships but often don’t feel like the value for the extra money is worth it outside of warrantee work. BMW of Tulsa is the exception. They work hard to maximize value, don’t try to sell me extra crap, and make sure my car is better than it was when I arrived. A great team and will continue to earn my business for service and new vehicles.

Everybody is real nice but they are way over booked & I understand but I've also never been charged for a diagnostic before most of that cost has always been absorbed by the repair time.

The staff is very friendly and moves vehicles efficiently through the service area. However on this visit our X3 was towed into the shop and they completed the work faster than we expected.

The BMW X7 is everything and more than expected. This is my second X7 purchase at BMW of Tulsa. Fatih was recommended by Brice my BMW service associate on a previous visit. Fatih was exceptionally knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and professional. The additional people I interacted with were courteous and the experience was very comfortable.
Every person at BMW of Tulsa is helpful, polite and does everything they can to make the car buying experience easy and seem less. Eric A our salesperson and Daniel Bakker, manager, were great to work with.
Communications was great. Good customer service. My car was taken care of in a professional and expedited manner. I appreciate receiving text notification of when my vehicle is ready for pick up. Highly recommend coming here for your BMW car servicing needs.
It took over 2 hours for an oil change. We waited but should have left and come back. Weren’t the friendliest at first but towards the end they seemed better. After looking at the paperwork, it said there was a recall I declined to fix. I had no idea there was a recall and would have had it fixed.
My advisor,Baylee, goes above and beyond to find solutions to my issues where service dept gives up. He takes the time with interior electronics to see if he can resolve issue. With that said,he solved my screen issue!

I really dislike having to drive 100’miles from my home to have a basic oil change done. This is BMW policy to not void the warranty and not a reflection on the dealership. The dealership was short on loaner cars but did offer to reschedule the appointment until a loaner was available and offered to shuttle us to a place in the area. We chose to go to a shopping area nearby. They completed the service ahead of the estimated time and brought us back to the dealership in a timely manner.
Dry courteous and professional. Excellent work. Plan on taking our other car there when it needs service. Johnathan took care of everything I needed.
Service department is always super helpful and kind. I always use Bailee as my advisor. Over in sales Eric adjip is always nice and doesn’t judge the book by the cover.
I took my car in for an oil change It was done in good time. People in service department are all very accommodating and polite.
Bailey was exceptional, very attentive to my needs and the service on my vehicle. I have always been very happy with the service I've received. I'm a former mechanic and shop ower so I understand the importance of taking care of your customers so they come back and tell there friends. BMW of Tulsa is a place I wouldn't have a problem sending my mom or my friends.

My car needed several regular maintenance repairs and I always wait in the lobby for the work to be completed. I was told 3 1/2 to 4 hours and was pleasantly surprised when my car was ready in less than 3. I always receive courteous attention via person, text and email. As always, a pleasant experience for a “must do” service. Thank you
Our X5 was dropped off for a recall repair and a software update. Service Advisor Miguel Rebelo handled the work and everything was timely and we were kept informed. Their construction is almost done so it was also washed and vacuumed. As always, good work by BMW of Tulsa and Miguel.

My Service Advisor Miguel was great to work with. He kept me informed throughout the service process. He also was very prompt at communicating changes to the service on my car. I have used BMW of Tulsa a few different times for service on my vehicle, but this last was what really showed their character to me. They are trustworthy and they do the right thing. Jack is by far the best service associate you could ever ask for. If you get paired with him you are in good hands.
