I called for an appointment to get new tires, and I needed a loaner. Got there, and there was NO record of me making an appointment!! So, whoever I spoke to screwed up!!! BUT, the guys at Tulsa BMW got it taken care of. I got a loaner, and was able to pick my car up later in the day. Thank you for taking good care of me!

I always have a great experience when using their service department, but was duped into buying an expensive extended warranty by an unscrupulous salesman. The 5 year warranty sounded like a good deal, especially when the salesman confirmed it was valid for 5 years from my purchase of the used car and was not just an extension of the original BMW warranty from new to 5 years. I should have checked the small print, but my bad!. I later found it was only an extension of the original warranty and I'd essentislly paid $7,000 for a 10 month warranty. Lesson learned! I had a bad experience in the service department today. A male service advisor asked a second male advisor if he wanted to learn how to answer the phones. The second advisor asked “do you want me to put on a skirt too?” Totally unacceptable. My service advisor Brice did call him out and told him he was sexist but the second advisor just laughed it off.

Have used this dealer for service on my BMW since 2018 and since 2020 the service is terrible. The communication is horrible w your assigned advisor. The advisors are never the same and they will not respond to texts, skip simple instructions, do not answer phones and will only return urgent messages 24 hours later. Appointment times mean nothing and you have to always reach out for any update (you may or may not get a response). This was my first experience with BMW of Tulsa for service on our 530i. From scheduling, to the valet service, to communication during service, to our vehicle being returned washed, vacuumed, and 100% healthy, this was an amazing experience. We don’t put a lot of miles on our vehicles, but I’m already looking forward to the next service!

I interacted with this BMW dealership as a result of two open recalls on my X3. This recall situation had gone on for almost three years due the unavailability of the particular parts to repair and comply with the NHTSA recall order. The whole service team at BMW is top notch. I have owned a lot of cars and always try to use the dealerships but often don’t feel like the value for the extra money is worth it outside of warrantee work. BMW of Tulsa is the exception. They work hard to maximize value, don’t try to sell me extra crap, and make sure my car is better than it was when I arrived. A great team and will continue to earn my business for service and new vehicles.

Took 7.5 hrs to do an oil and spark plug change. At the end of the day, the check engine light wasn’t even checked. I requested it to be checked and was ignored by the rep. Please avoid this!

Mary was not only pleasant and professional but she went out of her way to find me a loaner call when I arrived with my 19th month old in hand to drop off my vehicle for servicing. Communications was great. Good customer service. My car was taken care of in a professional and expedited manner. I appreciate receiving text notification of when my vehicle is ready for pick up. It took over 2 hours for an oil change. We waited but should have left and come back. Weren’t the friendliest at first but towards the end they seemed better. After looking at the paperwork, it said there was a recall I declined to fix. I had no idea there was a recall and would have had it fixed.

I really dislike having to drive 100’miles from my home to have a basic oil change done. This is BMW policy to not void the warranty and not a reflection on the dealership. The dealership was short on loaner cars but did offer to reschedule the appointment until a loaner was available and offered to shuttle us to a place in the area. We chose to go to a shopping area nearby. They completed the service ahead of the estimated time and brought us back to the dealership in a timely manner.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the service! The “recall service” was estimated to take 1 hour, according to the letter I received; however, this dealership kept my vehicle overnight, more than 24 hours after I left it with the service advisor! I said I would pick up my vehicle, but they delivered it to my house without notifying me. I wasn’t at home, so they left the vehicle in my driveway and put the keys in my street side mailbox, with no notification about that either!

My car needed several regular maintenance repairs and I always wait in the lobby for the work to be completed. I was told 3 1/2 to 4 hours and was pleasantly surprised when my car was ready in less than 3. I always receive courteous attention via person, text and email. Our X5 was dropped off for a recall repair and a software update. Service Advisor Miguel Rebelo handled the work and everything was timely and we were kept informed. Their construction is almost done so it was also washed and vacuumed. As always, good work by BMW of Tulsa and Miguel.
